Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies and similar tools www.market3rs.com uses, what they are for and how you can change your mind, under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Cookie Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (10 June 2021).

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a site saves in your browser to find them again on later visits. Similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), work the same way and follow the same rules.

Technical cookies make the site work and need no consent. Third-party analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, are used only if you accept them.

What this site uses

Technical tools

The site sets no technical cookies. It only uses one entry in the browser’s local storage to remember your cookie choice, so the banner does not come back on every page.

  • m3-consent-v1 (localStorage, first party): holds “granted” if you accepted, “denied” if you declined. It stays until you clear the site’s data from your browser.

Statistics: Google Analytics 4

Only after you click “Accept” does the site load Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. Before you choose, or after you decline, the site does not contact Google.

Cookie Provider What it does Duration
_ga Google Analytics Tells visitors apart with a random identifier 13 months
_ga_<ID> Google Analytics Keeps the session state 13 months

The cookies apply to this site only, not to the other Market3rs sites. Google Analytics does not log the IP address; Google Signals is turned off, the data is not shared with other Google products and the site does not allow Google to use it for advertising. Event-level data stays in Google Analytics for 2 months, user-level data for 14 months.

Google may transfer the data to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. How Google uses the data: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

The site uses no profiling or advertising cookies.

How to give or withdraw consent

On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept the Google Analytics cookies. “Accept” and “Decline” carry equal weight: if you decline, the site works just the same.

You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, the site deletes the Google Analytics cookies it had set.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on every site.
